Account locked question

Hey, my friend was sharing accounts with a friend, and got his account locked. Hes filled out the whole form that hes supposed to fax, but he can't get a public notary. We were just wondering, is there anyway getting around a public notary?

I don't think there's really a way to get around that one (and on a side note if you tried you'd be in a position for some legal action against you I believe). Why can't you find one? I know growing up and even where I am not a ton of people are public notaries. Heck if they're that rare where you are consider taking the class and selling your notary services

Haha, its not that, its just its too much work for what we'd recieve for me, I got an account thats locked as well, but I got a new account now that I play and I wouldn't mind getting my locked account unlocked, but I wouldn't want to get a public notary to do it.

Ah well I'm not sure what they charge these days, I have a notary in the family so that helps. Looks like FedEx and UPS both ofter services, wonder what they're charging. Maybe it's time for me to get into the notary business lol.
