See, they find out who's gliding and whatnot by making little level 1 characters with names like Qpoiuwerljd and then have them whisper nothing to you to see if you reply, but better yet often invite you to a group. If you don't decline.... >.<

Glided all last night from 43-45. Not banned, just waiting for maintenance.

Infact, its kinda great because all my gliding spots are completely empty. More bots then I realized? Sucks to be banned, but I would just rebuy and glide again.
