Glider and Some tips

I've been viewing the forums for a while but never really introduced myself hence my first post But im thinking of getting glider somewhat today and was just wondering what tips would you recommend for first time users ive looked on the bots forum and saw some of the post refering to custom grinding paths etc but is there any other precautions to take so i dont get banned also is it common to get banned using glider? Thanks answers would be appreciated and i will try and find some stuff to help out around here
