RaF Question

I'm going to RaF Dual Box in a couple of days. I did it a couple of times but I didn't use a bot or anything and it was a bit slow and I ended up with 30-40 hours /played. Is there any way to go faster by questing. I heard of it being done without instance grinding with 25 hours /played. Is there any questing guide which I can follow for RaFing? I'm rolling alliance so are there any quests which I should avoid/complete? What's the best bot for RaFing? If anyone has done RaF Dual and got to 60 within 1-2 Days or 24-27 hours /played WITHOUT instance grinding (Meaning there is no one running me), please tell me and Rep will be awarded.

Note: I am rolling a Warrior, what's the best class to roll on the reffered account. A hunter or a mage, or something else? I would have used the Refer a Friend bot that an mmowned user made but he discontinued it.

Warr + Any healer would work since warriors arent very strong.

Also, Pirox bot allows multiboxing with 2 accounts, there's a guide to do it somewhere in the forums as well. Hope it helps.
