Its really weird with GM's when you open a ticket they have one name, and if they like go to where you are, they have a totally different name.
It confuses me, anybody know why they do that

I ticketed a GM one time about my character being stuck, he told me to log back on him and it finally didn't DC me, then the first thing he said was "w00t".

This is on a private server, I can't believe no-one has realised this, game masters that show themselves in-game are senior GM's/Devolpers. The ones that usually respond to tickets are lower level staff and use a client to deal only with tickets, not WoW. This is why they only give you automated macros telling you to go elsewhere.

They could also be fired for doing something like this.
