I'm looking to buy(or get one built for me) and i need all your help.
What parts will i need to be able to run WoW on full high at a good FPS?
I wouldn't mind being able to run CoD: World at War on full too.
Thanks for your helps.

nothing too extreme tbh. i have a 9800gt (was $130 i think) with a pentium D (older, not core 2 duo) and 3 igs ram and i play max on CoD4 and wow
Honestly, WoW does not take a lot to run on all high.
How much money are you willing to spend, though? If you have the money, there's no reason not to get a nice computer. However, without knowing your budget, I can't really help you.

I'd like to know a good Graphics card to get, I currently have an NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE, I can spend any amount of money, but I'd prefer paying a low amount, playing on low settings or high settings doesn't matter to me, I simply want 40+ fps in low, and around 20+ in high. I currently only get around 20 in low, I'll be upgrading my ram soon too.
I was thinking I could overclock my current graphics card and just get a gig or more of ram.

I was thinking I should upgrade to NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT, anyhow I have an HP W19 19-inch Widescreen LCD monitor. Perhaps I should simply overclock my GHz, Ram, and gfx card a bit? Then simply get another 2gigs of ram, not sure really.
What do you actually need to play WoW on max?
2 GHZ processor
128/256 MB video card
2 gigs of ram
isnt that all you actually need?
Well. I'm aiming for the realms of around 500 GBP if that'll help =D
It's possible your motherboard cannot use an 8800 GT.
Does your mobo (motherboard) have any PCI-E slots? It may only have AGP slots.
Check your motherboard manual, or if you're too lazy/can't find it/don't know how to look through it, give the motherboard brand and model number. If it's just a Dell or another manufactered one like that, then give the model name of the whole computer.

i have a 300 dollar emachine from best buy 2 gigs and I can run 2 wows both on high
Er, 2 gigs of what? 2 gigs of RAM?
It's kinda strange to say "dude I got this computer it is 2 gigs," and nothing else. RAM is hardly the only thing that can help with game performance for any computer.
WoW utilizes RAM much more effectively than other games do, though, so 2 gigs of RAM CAN actually do you a lot of good when it comes to WoW. Basically, anyone would notice a big increase in performance going from 1 GB to 2 GB of RAM, especially if their video card and processor aren't that great.

I'd get a 9800 GTX+ (if your motherboard supports it). It's one of the best mid-range graphic cards out there and at some point you may decide to buy another one as two of them would make a great SLI setup.
Thats what i'm aiming for to get around 500 GBP. Think it'll happen? Any recomendations at all?Processor Type Intel Processor Q6600 Quad Core 2.4 GHz or Equivalent.

it will last you long, will run most modern game on high-ish detail. You might consider getting a quad-core CPU and additional 2 gigs of memory in near feature. Another 9800 GT would be sweet for SLI. This system can be massively overclocked and is very upgradable.
You might consider building it yourself to possibly save some money. Good shops to buy hardware from are Overclockers, Novatech, Scan Computer and ebuyer.com
