Chances are that you are SAFE!!! Because Blizzard had a means of retrieving the "product" (gametime) the money was most likely charged back.

Also, only Blizzard has your IP. I doubt that they would waste time to track you down over $100, so your safe.

Second, the man your "friend" scammed the account from does not have any real life information about you or your friend. Only Blizzard has your guys' IP logs, not him.
If the guy REALLY wanted to he could press charges, but because he got his money back he probably WON'T waste his time or the police's time.

For a case like this, with police effort and everything the cost would probably be enormous, and again not worth the effort.

Last, the courts seem to go after the "big fish" in most cases, so even in the %0.000000000000000000000000000000001 chance that you were prosecuted your parents would end up paying a fine and court costs, no big deal.
