[HELP] being scammed, fraud ID

sorry for bad english , i'm not english myself
the situation is the following one:
i'm being scammed,someone made a false ID and he's sending at blizzard to take my account.The account is currently blocked , because they received 2 different IDs from 2 persons (one is mine,the original one,and one is of the scammer)
I'm the original owner of the account , so i can send em all documents they want
the scammer took the id of another person , and just wrote my name,surname and address in the right place.At the blizzard,they considered the document valid.

What i can do now?How i can proove that i'm the original owneR?As i said before,i can send em all they need....Help me pls

call have them lock the account.
send in your papers and request info change.

if it was I will clear it up since I dont scam mmowned members.

otherwise-- you might be screwed bro... u can fax in all the documents and get it unlocked but if he does the same thing they will get fed up and just ban the account all together
