How do you get an Account Back?

This all depends on what you got banned for. The best thing to do is to read The WoW Lawyer's thread on Blizzard policy. Just search around and you should find it.

I sincerly doubt that after been perma banned, theres anything you could do to be unbanned.

Well if you get perma banned, there is not much you can do.
Maybe you can try to appeal for the ban but it depends on what you have done, Since for a perma ban you must have done something that is fairly against the rules.

You can always try ofcourse.
