Cheat Engine

Hey guys whats up? Well i just got my cheat engine, downloaded the patch to null it, downloaded process guard, and now i was wondering if there is anything else i needed? I kinda hope not cause i have been mountain climbing for about an hour now. Also i was wondering if you could do anything other than speed hack and mountain climbing with the cheat engine?
