blizz unbans after 2 years?

i've heard rumors floating around that blizz unbans your account after a set amount of time, even if you've been perma banned. some say 2 years, some say 6 months, some say 1 year, and so on and so on

can anybody confirm/denie these rumors and if confirming please give me the length of time before unbanning

You know... the term 'perm ban' should answer the question If its a temporary suspension, they'll write you an email with the exact length and ofc the reason

They delete your characters after awhile >> once an account is perm-banned.

KuRIoS and the others are right. Permanent bans are completely permanent. You will not be unbanned in 1, 2, 3, or 4 years.

You can try to get yourself unbanned using the method in my guide, but the rumors of Blizzard automatically unbanning accounts on certain dates/after a certain amount of time is completely false.
