Wow! Came here expecting to sell some gold for my cousin but stumble across this. Looked through it, and read through the feed backs and thank GOD I did. Hello, I've been played World of Warcraft for quite some time now until recently i had an unfortunate run in with a ban, not only a ban BUT a permanent ban. Seph has been able to unban me before, and is living up to his word of his lifetime service! He is working to get me unbanned again!

I'll leave an honest review of these services. I know my rep on this board isn't that much but look me up on other boards and you will see I am reputable.

Background:
I had 3 accounts banned 1/23/2012 all of which I was able to unban on my own. On 2/5/2012 all 3 accounts were banned again. I tried to get them back and was only able to get 1/3 of them. The other two got the response,
"As this issue has been reviewed by multiple representatives, it is now considered closed. Should you have any questions regarding a different account or issue, please feel free to contact us again. However, further inquiries regarding this issue will no longer receive a reply. "

I wasn't very hopeful about getting my accounts back, but I figured for $15 I should give it a shot. I contacted Sephirofl and got a reply a few hours later. One thing I wish was a little better was his communication. I wasn't able to use MSN to reach him, but he responds to emails in a timely matter so it isn't too much of an issue. I wanted to give my feedback on using sephirofls service.

I was banned 3 times for botting, and the third time was unable to retrieve my account. I this time proved very difficult. Not only was I banned 3 times, I used up the appeal already. He wrote somewhere between 10-20 letters, slowly advancing us to higher levels of support. It looked like I was NOT going to get my account back, as the senior support teams review was final. But Zach insisted we send a few more. With some expert psychological manipulation on the final letter, we managed to get my account back!

Before this point, I told Zach that despite being unsuccessful, I was more than pleased with the service. He provides a very good value in well written, professional letters that allowed us to get far up the service ladder. First off, I'd like to say this guy is pretty awesome. I came to him with already two appeals on my ban. He wrote my letter (I just bought the single) within 3 hours of payment. It was canceled immediately. I reopened it and it was canceled again. I let him know about it, and he wrote me another letter, free of charge. He really does try to care about those he's trying to unban. Sadly, before I went to him Blizzard said they would no longer review petitions on my account. So, both of his letters he wrote were ignored out of policy, not because they were bad. If I had gone to him before I tried doing two petitions on my own, I probably could've gotten my account back. I may try to come back to Seph in a few months to get my account reopened, since from reading a few things around the forums suggest a long break may change Blizz's mind about your ban, or at least the restriction on petitions is lifted.

TL: DR; If you haven't opened a ticket yet, go to Seph first and don't try doing it on your own, since this new policy of after the second petition the rest are ignored, really hinders what Seph can do for you.

This guy is a true champion, he sent me a few letters and blizzard gave me a really negative replies and I really thought it was over, but he kept on sending these messages till they unbanned 2 of my banned accounts and changed it to a 72 hours suspensions instead of a perma banned.

Seph has gotten me unbanned in the past. I used him for the PQR wave and it didn't work even with a shit ton of tickets submitted. That does NOT mean it isn't worth a chance. If you value your account, you shouldn't have been breaking ToS on it anyway, that is just a rule of thumb to botting. However, if it is worth something to you Seph gives you an edge in getting it back. It's worth a shot imo.

I thought it was a scam where he provides a single email as service and leaves, but I was mistaken.
He kept providing me with responses until I received my account back.

Used Sephirofl service on my account that was banned 9 years ago and managed to get it unbanned he is the real deal and highly recommended if you want a good chance at retrieving your account

So I got perma'd a little over a year and a half ago on SWTOR, and after quickly browsing the internet on how to overturn a perma ban I found Sephirofl's service. I immediately purchased the premium lifetime service and he sent me a few letters over the course of 3 months to appeal my account ban to the game's ToS department, and at the same time I kept phoning their low-tier CS department as well.

I'm happy to come back here and say that I got unbanned yesterday morning, after getting in contact with Sephirofl again after a year of not using this service. Long story short—last year my crappy laptop broke down and I wasn't able to consistently work on my case without my own device, and I lost access to my email that I was using for this service. I ended up fixing my tablet that I've had with me for a while now, restored access to my email, got in contact with Seph again, and by sending a new email that he had me forward, then following up with SWTOR's phone support I finally managed to get this escalated by someone. It took a few calls over the course of the week, but the hassle was definitely worth it.

I would have to say that Seph's service is definitely responsible for the overturn of my ban. I am very pleased. It took 1.5 years, but better late than never right!? I was forced to take a break from using this service and thusly unable to appeal my perma ban, but sometimes it's best to let these things cool down for X amount of months or even years. If you let it cool down you might have a slightly stronger case and you might be given another chance, especially since it's been so long that you were penalized.

Additionally, do NOT give up. If you pester a game's CS on every front you can you might eventually find someone who will escalate your issue and appeal it for you on your behalf, and combined with Seph's emails, might get your ban overturned.

On a final note, I rate Seph's service 5/5 stars. Thank you so much man! For a while I thought I would've had to buy a new account, but thank goodness I persevered and you were patient and professional with me and very swift with your responses. I never had to wait more than 12 hours from a response from you. Thanks again!

My name is Marsh, my Runescape Account Name is being removed for obvious reasons.

Recently, my main was banned from RS3 for suicide autoclicking; it was a macroing major ban, permanent. Apparently, as I was led to believe, Jagex does NOT change their mind about their bans, and there is no way to get your account back if you've been permanently banned.

This was my mindset went I googled "How do I appeal my Runescape Ban?"
This was my mindset when I came across Sephirofl's Unban Service.

I was septical at first. I wondered what this guy could possibly say that would convince Jagex's punishment team that would make them change their mind, that I couldn't say on my own. I wondered how much skill and how much experience this guy could have repealing bans, and whether or not he could actually help me at all.

I decided that my Runescape account was worth enough to me that I would make an attempt to get it back. Bearing in mind, this account was made in 2005; I've played dedicatedly (for over 8,000 hours) on the same IP address, for 10 years. I've spent over $1000 on this game in my life, in both membership and Treasure Hunter Keys. I don't know if any of these factors made a difference for my appeals, but I think they at least are worth mentioning.

So I decided, considering how much of my life Runescape had occupied, I decided it was worth it to me to spend a small sum for the possibility of my account being unbanned. I purchased the advanced package, because the disparity between 1 letter and 20 letters was miniscule compared to 20x the effort on Sephirofl's part. I forewent the Premium package, simply because I was still skeptical about the effectiveness of the service.

I ordered the service on May 20th. From that day, it took 18 days for my account to be unbanned. You sir, are INCREDIBLE.

I have no idea how you did it, I have no idea what combination of words inspired them to unban me when I clearly shouldn't have been,

I would like to share my experience with Sephirofl unban service, but first I would like to clarify several things:
-If you are a quick reader and just wants to know if this service is worth it, trust me, its 100% WORTH IT.
-English is not my main language, so I apologize if I make a grammar mistake.
-My account has A LOT of extremely rare mounts and achievements, including a server first.
-My account was hacked once and I have never ever experienced a similar situation (ban) prior to the one in where I was permabanned.
-I was not entirely sure about the service, since there are A LOT of scams on the web regarding these services.
-Considering the service and the price of it I was extremely skeptical about the quality of it.
-I sent several letters to Blizzard myself, explaining the situation and I was completely honest with them about what happened (you’ll read more below), all I got was a template stating the ban was permanent.
-I basically was about to give up on my account, so, having nothing to lose and having $50 to spend I decided to take a leap of faith and hire sephirofl services.
-Hiring sephirofl services was the best decision I have ever made.
-All the stuff that I’m about to type is 100% true, since there’s no reason to lie here, believing it or not depends on you.

So…. Here goes the story:
I have never cheated on an online game EVER, I consider that part of the joy of playing an online game and especially an MMO is the challenge and the social aspect of it. I really dislike cheaters since I consider they ruin the experience.
Yet, there it was, the ban account email directly from Blizzard, I was completely destroyed and amused since I was 100% sure there was an error, I replied back to them telling them that I would never cheat on a game I have been part of for the past 5-years. They denied the claim and stated I was using a bot program to take an illegal advantage on the game. I replied back stating there had to be an error, I got the same reply from Blizzard. I was destroyed, since I knew I didn’t cheat, guys I love this game, sad or not (that’s for you to consider) this game is my life and being banned from it for something I didn’t do was beyond my understanding.
Here’s where my ex girlfriend comes in… When she arrived on the 4th day I was banned, I told her about the ban, I… I…I… cried…., and she told me it was unacceptable, to fight for it and a lot of positive stuff. When we were having dinner, she confessed she used a program called rebot to level up and farm on her characters (which were part of my account). I’m not going to describe my reaction here, since its unnecessary, but she is no longer my girlfriend, and yes, we were going to get married (THAT BITCH).
I didn’t noticed the program because she used like an executable version of it, that doesn’t install on the computer, I really don’t know how that works and honestly I don’t care, the thing is the program was not installed on the computer.
Anyways, once I knew how things were I sent another email to blizzard, with all the information, saying the truth and asking for my account back, without her characters, dammmm even without my characters, I asked my account to be returned with only my main. This email was extremely long and all I got from blizzard was a two lines template saying the ban will be upheld, no further details.
Here is were I contacted Sephirofl, explained the situation PRIOR to my payment and he was 100% honest with me, he told me it was going to be hard, but not impossible and we should give it a try.Guys, he advised me even prior to performing the payment, not many people do that nowadays.
We started with the process, I followed the steps he advised and we started sending emails to blizzard, these emails contained INDIVIDUAL CASE letters, which clearly seemed that took time to write. Blizzard had to stop replying with templates and take my case seriously, it was escalated several times I got several negative replies from several GM’s but Sephirofl insisted on continuing with the appeal even when I had already given up. We sent around 25 letters to blizzard, each one was DIFFERENT and extremely PROFESSIONAL. At the end, my case was escalated again and again and again and one GM read the entire case, and unbanned my account, yes, no gold or pvp items, but I got my account back.
From permabanned to account accessible, don’t get my wrong this took time, but he managed. I’m forever grateful with Sephirolf.

Sephirofls service is legit. I used it and my WoW account went from being permanently banned, to being unlocked. It only took 4 letters to get it unbanned. If you keep getting automated responses from blizzard don't give up!

I was lucky enough to score myself a permanent ban in a banwave some 9 months ago, played around with some bots just for fun and paied hard for it... Main account with toons that had been active since early days of vanilla that got banned..
Tried to appeal on my own but the answer was "No no no no NO N O NOOOOO never ever going to happend"

Sephiroth did it again! I got unbanned 2 weeks after we started sending the tickets! This is an account that has been banned for more than a year. Initial appeals failed a year ago and I gave up on ever getting my account back.

He wrote a total of 7 letters. We sent a ticket every day. My case was reviewed a few times and rejected. Eventually it was sent to the penalty department and voila the ban was removed.
I am very satisfied and highly recommend his service. Each letter he wrote for me was so perfectly written that it probably made the GMs pause and they had to take us seriously.
