Account Warning/Botting

Have a quick question. So I let my friend do his PvP honor farming/botting w/e its called with my character for a day, but then I got a warning from blizz for using a 3rd party PvP honor farming program. So my question is, if I use a bot like glider to level a character, would it make my account more likely to get banned because of the recent warning? Do they watch my account more closely for all 3rd party programs or only the one they caught me using?
