dead and cant log on

I just got the WoW emulator running, i killed one wolf and logged to see if it saved correctly. I completly exit and run WoW again and then when i log on i just died from nothing and it gave me some weird message and i clicked ok and now i cant even log on anymore. What am i doing wrong?

Ok now i restarted my computer and ran everything. I logged in ok but my character isnt there. Why is that?

Q: I just created a new character and exited and shut off my server. I came back on and my CHARACTER is not there.


A: Someone didn't do .SAVE command before they exited

So how do you do a .save? typing .save does nothing, says i am not allowed to use this command

Might be an error on the Emu's part, probally nothing you are doing.

is your account a lvl 6 account? dunno if that would affect the .save tho... =/

I tried making a level 6 account instead of 0. This let me use the .save feature. I just want to be a normal player and not a gm or anything but oh well. At least no one is stealing my camps!

Okay...

First, you need an account with plevel 6!
Then you need to know the password if your server has such one! And it sounds like this because it says you're not allowed to use this command.

So you should find out the password, then when you want to save, type for example .save 1234
if your password if 1234

And the save command in locked saves only character information and such, if you have it unlocked it saves all informations including new GO's, NPC's, PP's, and so on ^^
