N00b5 AGAIN! for gods sake, i accidentally went off world trees *Darnassus*, and i was on ghost, and i ran around entire island with an empty fatigue bar, aka DEATH FAST! and i never died u idiots... ghosts cant die. otherwise if a ghost died, you'd never access that character again!

There you are wrong "N00b" You can die as a Ghost and resurrect as a ghost again...

If you swim to the strip of land at teh edge, you can follow it one way to a huge chunk of fatigueless water with 4 odd shaped holes in the world\water. On your minimap there is land shown on these holes.. also on the barrens map (east off the coast) where the "compass" marker is there for "decoration" swim all the way down to the bottom there and there is a small area with buildings, most of those "compass" markers have something special hidden under them, :P. Anyway, jumping in one of those holes I was talking about causes u to fall to your doom.. same with swimming under them. (2.0.3 is here) T-T

this is actually VERY easy to do without dying as a druid.

well as an undead rogue, i couldnt do it. although the vague instructions dont exactly make it easy

when i died i returned to dustwallow and there was no way for me to get back to my corpse without fatigue wiping me out at the exact same place i died.

Forget ghost walking! There is a much simpler way to get there guys. Create a level 1 troll priest, goto the Echo Isles as the op said and start swimming southeast. Once fatigue kicks in just keep going. Fatigue hurts you relative to your level so at level one with only 62 HP you only lose 13 health per tick. As your health drips down wait until it hits the 20ish HP mark then pop a rank one lesser heal. Then just continue moving. Repeat this over and over until you hit the strip of land on the far east of the map. From here you can swim all the way down to Tanaris and discover the lost Goblin island. You may worry about running out of mana but you want if you are efficient with your heals, only heal JUST as you are about to die, make sure you allow time for an interrupt as fatigue damage will interrupt casting. Its really easy and anyone can do it with just a level 1 alt. Here are some screens:

The mobs are only like level 40, and you have to go there for an aq40 quest, but from the quest giver you get a buff that increases swim speed.
