Sorry bro, but this is impossible. A GM would never appear to you or summon you, they are only allowed to talk in wispers. There's no reason that they would ever want to talk in say rather than wisper because wisper can't be heard by anyone but the two of you. It is against their policy and rules to actually interact with players in person, and I doubt a GM would risk their job to chill with you. This had to be on a private server.

Wrong! it once happend to me... while i were under SW as ghost, and found this hole and jumped down, and kept falling into nothingness and never stopped, where i finally got a GM to teleport me backup after 2 hours of waiting, and hey he was right beside me after he teleported me (Emeriss PVP EU) so please sh... maybe they are GM's and got rule to hold on but we're still all diffrent and might do things out of the rules once in a while

In the second photo your targettting a whole different person, and in say theres 2 people talking and neither of them are GM's, and the person you cheered at wasnt a GM either.

Ok heres the whole story:
I deleted my main to try get a rename
Asked a GM to restore my char
GM said can we talk privately please
GM ported me
I said can my girlfriend come too?
GM teleported my girlfriend
GM started spamming fireworks
I cheered at GM and my GF did too
THE PERSON IN THE SECOND PICTURE IM TARGETING IS MY GIRLFRIEND TO TYPE /KISS
GM gave us pirate buffs btw...
I screwed with the pirate buff.

Actually they do.
About a month ago there was sth wrong with the rings obtainable from rep quest at Karazhan. After he fixed it, he changed us all into pirates (Hallow wand - Pirate can transform you into a Goblin too), summoned some infernals etc.

The day after I wrote a ticket (I was stuck), after he tele'd me out, I asked for a pirate costume. He refused and said he wasn't allowed to do so.

So it depends on which GM is helping you out.

/agree, and when you say you can log out and log back in as a different pirate form, thats true with the halloween costumes and other things its not a special GM buff
