Floating objects over Mountain

So, at first i hesitated to post this, as its not a legit exploration. I basically flyhack around, looking for hidden fishing spots on high grond in WoD. When i found these 2 things, floating around over the mountain.

1. Red Ball, something





2. Dragon Chronalis from Tanaris. You can talk to him, but he doesnt do anything.



The true question is... what are they doing here? Completely out of place. This tells me, flying in WoD may not be planned at all.

You can get up that mountain using Heroic Leap on a Warrior. I was around there a few hours ago, and neither of those objects were there.

Maybe it has to do with a quest phase of some sort?

Nice that you guys appreciate the discovery. The dragon is only visible from a specific angle. When you are at it, its visible at all times, but if you move too much north from that position. It will be invisible!

To clarify things: The dragon will only spawn/be visable if you're in Tanaan, you walk a little around up there until you find a place that zones you.
If you read the thread Trokair posted I think that info can be found there somewhere.
