Progress in breaking into Tanaan

Hello, im fairly new to this, but i got this far, but theres an invisible wall, tried everything but couldnt get through, but i think jumping at the tree is possible. Can provide more info if desired, dont know if this helps.

Anyone know if the invisible barriers protecting Tanaan have a height limit? I'm currently experimenting with something.

If there is, it's really ****ing high.



This was done without hacks. Got stuck outside the border, and when I jumped while walking forward it would make me go higher. Found a bug with demonic leap, if you are next to a wall and a cliff, and you leap into the wall, it will move you around the cliff and into the out of bounds area. But, I couldn't move inside except once every so often, I could move ~5 yards then would be stuck again. Stand on blue, aim at green:

I might as well post this. I've only made it this far and it's taken me about 8 hours. About every 10 yards there is a sticky wall, I'm not sure if it's going to continue all the way through though.

i think the only way to get pass every invisible wall it's with the Spirit of Bashiok toy, just summon it over the invisible wall and rogues can use shadowstep to get to it but it's on 1 hour cooldown, we were just using the tree then shadowstep and then mammoth and use the toy again.

rogue here, doing explorations too... never tried spirit of bashiok, but crate of kidnapped puppys ( Crate of Kidnapped Puppies - Item - World of Warcraft ) or Shushen's Spittoon ( Shushen's Spittoon - Item - World of Warcraft ) works great with shadowstep.

^^ Aye, many items can be Shadowstepped by the Rogues... but only few of them can be placed and Stepped-to when they are beyond invisible walls. Often times you will just get the "no path available" message.

Necronyma, do you know if the items you've linked can be used to get through invisible walls?

what addon are you using to remove fog of war?

i'm making a video with a friend with the spirit of bashiok and shadowstep technique but we have to wait for the toy cd to reset (1 hour) and it's taking a while because the first time we tried we got trough like 7 invisible walls but then we got to a point where you couldn't go trough cause you get constantly dced and now we are trying from another place of the map.

Edit: we went over like 12 invisible walls i hope blizzard didn't put invis walls all over tanaan jungle T.T

^^ No...Free Far Sight removes in-game fog. Above they're talking about "fog of war", or the clouding of the map in areas you have yet to explore.

HygieneSpray is using a map addon that uses the game's actual terrain for the game's map (like the mini-map does), and also seems to remove fog of war. I am also curious about this addon. I sent him a PM, but received no reply. Anyone know about it?

You can download the addon through this "pack" and you can delete the ones you dont want later.
