Alt-tab twice (nothing in background open, otherwise it wont work)

SOmetimes it doesnt work, but for me it did... Looks weird :P

the trick is to alt-tab twice then u get that as result...

This happens to me quite alot. But instead of the colors you have there mine tend to be Rainbow and psychedelic colors
