Behind Stormwind Mage quarter

Well this is totaly obvious and i would flame myself for posting this but 4.0.3a is now already out a week and i just found this gate in Stormwind.
How the hell could i miss that?!

Well behind is a small platform from where you can see (or not see) the park.
But if you look to the left you can clearly see where this is going

Now you can walk/jump up here (don't fall down or you will have a nice swim to the harbor/walk from the graveyard)

Not much there but thats what exploring is about.
But wtf how could i not see this god damn gate for a whole week?!
