Well I mean this is not anything special really considering your abusing levitate. If you use Levitate it is not exploring. Maybe attempt getting their with out levitate?

Omgwtfowned, this is grey area. Although this is not the way as some may see as exploring, it is still counted towards exploring. This is, because Harlski is contributing a method of getting up to an area where it is presumed "unattainable/cannot be reached". If they were to post about this exploit alone, this would be in the wrong section, but this is about getting to the 'Top of Thousand Needles', thus it is permitted. (...Or, so I was taught )

Their are ways to get on top of 1k Needles w/o levitate thats my point. Using levitate for exploring is like using hacks to explore....(saying that with caution)

Maybe so, but if you think about it, using Rocket Boots or Mounts to get to areas is also not proper exploring then. To be honest, doing anything other than walking is by that definition considered cheating then. ...Sometimes, you just HAVE to use exploits like this: whether you are a beginner or just need to get around an invisible wall.
I understand the point you are trying to present, but I am explaining that this is a grey area and will just have to stay like that until further notice.
