Not entirely positive, but what's so weird about this is, didn't the original Ortell's hideout come out in a patch that was released after ZG and BWL came out? Pretty sure it came out when all of Silithus was revamped.

While the instanced caves are only visible if you're sneaking outside the instance, I know for a fact that the Hideout in Dun Morough is clearly visible from an Alliance Flightpath.
