Hey there! Searched "Ortell" and only found Xel's post about it, the Loch Modan hideout.

One in ZG-Instanced Stranglethorn Vale (ONLY instanced)
One in Loch Modan Mountains

I think there's one in Dun'morogh, the movie won't load for me so I can't see if the Loch modan one is actually the one I'm referring to.
