In vanilla I jumped into Dead Side strat to find myself falling through the world. I left the game and logged back in to find myself falling through the air into STP.

i accidently teleported to Dalaran sewers one time O_o

When me and some friends took the ship from stormwind to Northrend before we had Wotlk keys we ended up under the old Dalaran crater.

Once i accidentally pressed Teleport: Exodar while i had to tele dalaran. That wasnt cool

Once i was walking in the barrends towards WC, then i just started to fell trough the ground and then disconected.

logged back in and i was somewhere in arathi highlands.
