I think there are still some locations missing, especially because you picked out all the little spots, i think they are countless.
As example: the wall at the crossing in the furbog tunnel between fellwood and winterspring you can blink through at the farest point of its right side.

Just my 2 cents, but they could be the drop of the dime.

Here's a little unused instance that's not an instance (if that makes sense) in Hyjal.
Coods: Outside - 1 4828 -1750 1163
Inside - 1 4841 -1768 1167
