Theres many guides on the stranglethorn cave dude.

is a method that can be used.

and if u check exploration section theres also a post on getting behind blasted lands mountains, this method can a lso be used to reach the cave but un-instanced.

Note: when un-instanced the cave is open and u can walk in but when instanced its not.

All three of those are done and being uploaded to YouTube, I'll link it when it finishes. I'll do the other Outland ones tonight and maybe a few in the Old World.



EDIT: I did not see the easter egg known as the Jar of Ashes from HFP (http://www.wowwiki.com/Jar_of_Ashes) in your original list, so I took a video of how to get there and here's the info and the words that show when you click on it.

The Jar of ashes is a small item that can be found in Hellfire Peninsula. [45.0, 87.2] It may be a reference to former Community Manager Tseric.

"Here is a jar of ashes. These are the ashes of my sanity, my passion, and my drive. All, utterly destroyed by themselves. May all those who look upon these desolated lands of Hellfire remember this fallen peon. He shed blood for the Alliance, and sacrificed for the Horde only to be driven utterly mad by the wicked and soulless ones who devoured what he held most dear. As they feast from his toils, may they suffer his wrath. Maybe not in this world, but in every world hereafter. It is my declaration, my solem oath, and my everlasting promise. I will avenge my suffering.

I've already taken a video on how to get to it and will put it in with my Nova Shrine video. If the getting under Shatt trick still works I'll put in a vid of that too.


EDIT2: I've finished the Outland ones including the HFP Jar of Ashes and the Shrine. I also added another easter egg in Netherstorm, which is a pirate ship floating south of Vargoth's tower, in the middle of nowhere and no water in sight. The other youtube video is still uploading, so I'm probably going to be backlogged a bit.
