Honor Hold Guard using Handrail as balance beam

So there I was.... standing by the Inscription Supplies Lady in the tower of Honor Hold (up the hill from the inn) when I saw a Honor Hold Guard come down from the top floor using the Handrail as a balancing beam. Whenever there was a corner in the handrail, he'd jump off and get back on.

I tried to get into position for a screenshot but my computer sucks and I wasn't fast enough. I waited around for about 45 minutes to see if it'll happen again but he didn't show up again.

This happened at approximately 0430 server time on Gilneas.

I'm hoping someone can confirm this, since I'll probably get the "This post sucks without a screenshot" flames.

P.S.: He wasn't walking normal like I could with my toon on the handrail. He had his hands up in the air like he was falling and he was tip-toeing it.

It's just a bug, the gaurd obviously is meant to walk on the slope / stairs down, fell a little bit, his falling animation got stuck and he landed on the handrail.
