Getting atop of the SW warehouse + more, could i make gold for this?

I found a way atop of the SW warehouse+moar, without any kind of wallclimbing skillz required. Kinda all in one exploration that i was kinda lucky with.So i was thinking, could i make money out of this? I was thinking about doin some tourguides were i take money for the tour, would you or anyone pay for this? ^_^

Use Sonyvegas to make professional looking videos or just use windows movie maker , its easy to add music just drag the song in
