Mounted on Boats Update

Note: found with this latest patch, that you can remain mounted, and board a boat, and stay mounted even through ocean travel.

That's it. Nothing fancy. No hacks. Could call it 'common-sense', but honestly, it wasn't this way (except certain parts) prior to 3.2.

Repeating: Mounts work on Boats now.
