It looks like instanced Felwood via Battle for Mount Hyjal.... but I'm running all around the place and I can't seem to find the exact shot you have there. Driving me nuts!

I'd love a hint... but not sure how you'd give it to me. Felwood coordinants, maybe? Heh.

As I'm not shure if its possible without levitate (haven't been there since 3.3.5) anymore, I would just suggest you posting a new pic and I'll pass for a round You were right with Hyjal btw. When you enter hyjal via the alliance portal, you go left and follow the road, just keep going until you cross the little wooden bridge and where the road turns to the right. Follow the road around the corner and then climb on top of the hills to the left and jump down to winterspring/felwood

Doh, had me lookin' in Naxx again. Growth potions ain't cheap :P

Got me completely stumped. I've been all around the Ghostlands, can't seem to find this.

Either share some coordinants or another nudge in the right direction... or I'll have to leave this one to another explorer.

You need to uninstance ghostlands first It's very hard tbh, you need rocketboots and start @the river in between eastern and western plaguelands

I'll have to leave this exploration up to another explorer for the time being then, as I have no rocket boots.

Is there another way perhaps, now that we can fly in Azeroth? I've never seen un-instanced ghostlands, and now I'm VERY curious!

Oh, you're right. Maybe there is (with flying mounts). You start in the cave in the very top right corner of the western plaguelands and bug yourself outside via growth buff. Then you can slowfall into the aquarium of the river (so you're under it)
Then you can swim till you see a waterfall. at the right edge you can dive underneath a hilltop. use waterwalking + your flying mount there and fly till you reach quel'danas. Then wallclimb your way into the ghostlands

I would love to know how you did the previous SS, Billsteh. I'm still trying to figure out a way into that non-instanced Ghostlands!

Also, could you give us a hint on your current SS? I assume it is in one of the newer zones, perhaps Twilight Highlands... but really it could be anywhere!

((Feel free to leave out the hint, if the fun is all about figuring out where your spot is. The intent of this thread has morphed over time... it began as a "try to get to where I am", but a new variety that pops up now and then is "try to figure out where I am". I personally preferred the former, but that is just one man's opinion.))

For both the previous challenge and my current challenge I used the mount through a wall trick at the new side entrance to Stratholme to get under the terrain. I think I will make a quick video showing how since there are some cool places you can get to this way.

I made my own video, but will wait a few days before posting it. Do you mind if I post it in the same thread as yours, to avoid clogging up the forum?

Also, can you give coords or another hint on your Master of Exploration SS above? Even making it to the non-instanced Stratholme and Ghostlands, I still can't seem to find your little mushroom-covered alcove...

As for my challenge the sewer grate is a big hint, think about where you have seen the same model. You will need to fly south a ways from the EPL spot and watch out for water. I found the spot while searching for a boat that used to be under the terrain in the area. I was unable to find the boat, but this spot was nearby. Also the mushrooms are my own doing.

Bah! It was the mushrooms that threw me off... I think I know where this is now. Will check tonight!
