What this is as like a "second story" in Undercity. To get there, you go in the sewers, to the place in the screen shot in the OP, aim at spot in the ss, jump off, pop slow fall (or similar spell) and you will land on a ledge/pathway. You are in the "Second Level", aka "Old Undercity." It is basically just a passageway that runs around Undercity.

I've known this for a long time, it's just an unused second floor.

It works with priest levitate too, just jump with the epic mount then hit it lev in the same direction.

nice i only knew the "old" way where u go all around the mountains than jump over the wall and jump into the big crack in the wall and land on that top ledge and jump on that terrace from there thought we'll be unable to get there anymore since walljumping got nerfed'n all....
