ya the gms have nothing to do with item recovery. they have to pass it on to someone higher up

Yeah well obviously they would have to be extremely tired to fall for this, and if they were lazy they would just say no. If you pick the wrong item because of your own fault they don't have to return them it has happened to me before with my gladiator gear, i bought the spell damage gear over the healing gear by accident, they just said bad luck.

as with all other GM exploitation tricks, this one boils down to 100% hoping for human error - although that's awesome that it worked for you!

from my personal experience, you would have much better luck with this type of trick on an EU server (like you described) as the GMs tend to be a bit lazier and more clueless.

i mean, come on, "Could you delete the item please?"
