It means that you shall use the item. (drag it in where the trinket slots is.)

Yeah, this is a fun trinket, I make sure to carry it in my bags at all times so I don't ever have to use auto-unstuck, which is tracked (supposedly) by GMs.

so a hunter lvl 60 can at no possible way drop down from a gryphon , die , then like self ress? or is there another way to drop of a gyrphon anyhow! plz tell ( wud be s0 awes0me ) hehe. btw can u even use this on the gryph ? and didnt walk-trogh-doors as ghost thing get nerfed ?

The "die-in-midflight-and-rez" use does NOT work. I went with a soulstone and a Darkmoon Card: Twisting Nether. When I died the soulstone was erased, my corpse was sent to the flight master and my ghost was sent to the GY closest to where I died. This does not work in every way. Not only do you waste the soulstone, but you also have an extremely long corpse run.
