The "die-in-midflight-and-rez" use does NOT work. I went with a soulstone and a Darkmoon Card: Twisting Nether. When I died the soulstone was erased, my corpse was sent to the flight master and my ghost was sent to the GY closest to where I died. This does not work in every way. Not only do you waste the soulstone, but you also have an extremely long corpse run.

Worked for me not long time ago.

The crystal gives a purple glow like many shadow debuffs, and a black band that follows you. If you're a restoration shaman with decent stamina and the talent Nature's Guardian, you can keep it on indefinitely. Equip / Unequip it until the damage is around 100-150 per tick and watch as it triggers the talent when you're low on health, thus keeping you alive.

v. nice find ^^ omw to get it RYT now but it sucks i gotta get crystal restore ( thats from another QUEST) and i gotta travel far but i guess its way worht it =D! btw does this have like durability dmg on deth? so i can like forever corpse run lolz?

No durability damage. Die as much as you want xD
