They don't have people monitoring elite. Stuff that gets posted there does not get fixed unless it is posted on bug report or the official forums. I once posted an exploit which allowed you to one-shot raid bosses-it took them three weeks to shut it down despite numerous guilds clearing the highest level raids at the time.
