Lol you must be one of the biggest noobs ive ever seen!
You attack this guy because of the fact that they share the both cooldown and are (according to you) useless (in having multiple amounts)
You dont attack him because of the fact that he posted something that most people allready know and use.
Its very nice for having 3 healthstones in a boss fight, its also nice in pvp so if you're in a long fight you can use multiple healthstones without having to stand back and waste time on making another one.

Every healthstone that heals a diffrent amount of hp has a difrent item number and are therefore considered as diffrent items.
You can have 3 diffrent healthstones of each rank, excluding rank 1 because of rrank 1 you can only have 2 diffrent stones, there are 6 ranks so 5 times 3 is 15 (+2 of rank 1) is a total of 17 diffrent stones, all sharing the cooldown but if your ever in a long battle diffrent ranks of healthstones might save your ass.
