Hunters kill unflagged players

Use a snake trap near an unflagged player, then bring a mob to pop the trap. Once the trap pops kill the mob, the snakes will deagro and search for a new target. If a lvl 1 is near, they will go kill them even though they aren't flagged for pvp.
