If you did all these quests way in the past, is there then no way to reach Exalted? To me the factions are Friendly and Hated at the moment.

Seems there's no way, at least I couldn't find one on my paladin which had done them in the past. A char that never did the questline before got both exalted though so thanks a lot OP!

Yeah that sucks. This does seem intentional though, like why would the quest all of a sudden give 40k rep with both factions. Hopefully they'll add a way for us to get the rep up too.
