I want a confirmation from this. Possibly it could be used to interrupt castings of spells (Fireball etc). Can anyone try this? +2rep if either are confirmed.

Most likely the OP means that the one taking the flag will stop manually because he's told to wait. Why he would do that though I'm clueless of. Even if you have the quest to take bases you don't have to take them yourself, you just have to be standing near them to get quest goal complete.

And if it's the opposing faction, all you have to do is hit him and it will interrupt the catching. In other words, this would only be useful against your own faction if you want people to stop grabbing a flag, but I don't see why you would want to do that.

I've been testing this with a lvl 70 human warlock.
And it does Not work for me.
I just simply goes up to them and type /wait
But they're still capping it. Tried it on Horde and alliance.
