Aethril farming

Its not an explicit Exploit. Just the Herbs mechanics are set that it will spawn on EVERY node. IF no one farms you litterally will find Aethril on every node Gathermate tells you about.

Therefore you can sit down infront of a node (secluded prefered) and server hop. 800+- per hour was my experience, without killing mobs bc i was only farming rank 3.

Results are from after server hop was nerfed obviously

(Didnt know people arent aware. About Server hop, it was nerfed in the start of Legion, Now you will only switch server if the Lead of the group is in the same Zone. Like Suramar etc., but it still works great in Broken Isle, because of auto formed groups, rip Poseidus farm)

Its my first post but i farmed for Aethril rank 3, anyway if anyone ever does this. The easiest method is to get to an secluded Aethril spawn. Loot and server Hop you will get around 800 a hour and not move at all wit hghostmouse you can turn it into an afk farm tho. (As far as i saw it only works properly with aethril to do it on a single node)

This has been possible throughout Legion, but server hopping got nerfed months back. Nowadays it isn't efficient to use it because of the time it takes to find a group with a leader in that area..

Havent played 7.2 but before patch SH addon would work amazingly. Cant imagine this wouldnt work. I dont remember it getting nerfed?

But it got nerfed, cause for it to work, the leader of the group you join, has to be in the same zone you are

If you find one near a world quest you can hop into groups for that world quest. Very useful.

Very well i added server hops nerf in description since this was the only info from his comment, beside that it doesnt affect it much since 90% of the players are centered in broken isle and a lot of them are doing world quest around the clock. ( thats whyyou can basically farm everything, in short routes with server hop in Broken isle)

yeah server hoping to nerfed hard. I could find only 1 group to join auto in 10minutes. Everyone just farms sentinax nowadays, almost no public parties at all
