I think what he is saying this: if you log-out then the cooldown of the potion continues in real-term but the buff on your character remains with the same duration.

So you'd use a potion, log-out, wait for potion cooldown to run off then log back in again, and get two potion buffs.

Now, I actually tried this a while back because you can glitch a lot of buff durations with this technique, and as I recall you DO get the two xp buffs but only one
actually gives you any extra xp, ie its a visual glitch. Maybe something changed, but the fact that the guy doesn't actually show the gains from any enhanced XP does not motivate me to spend 13000 gold on this (again) to double-check.

It may just be a cultural/language issue. He posts something he thinks is valuable and doesn't understand what he thinks is hostility so he lashes out.

I'll say this in his defense: he must have a good knowledge of exploits to have come up with this, even though it doesn't work the reasoning behind it is quite sound. Impressive given that he wouldn't have the huge advantage of speaking english as a first language and having OC to learn from.

Is there a point anymore to say a word in his defense? Do you see much language issues over here?

For cultural diversity I don't think there's anything cited in the forum ToS he accepted that lays down different rights and judgement for russians than others just because they may have different culture and/or attitude. Or maybe I'm just blind so point me to that rule please..
