Instant respawn Mob in Val'sharah

I have found an instant respawning mob (Darkfiend Dreadbringer) in Val'sharah. Coords 59.93, 56,59 near the Temple of Elune. It has about 900k HP and may be killed as many times as you wish. Always respawning immediately.

This one not so much, since it doesn't look like you can get anything greater than 810 out of them, but there were other mobs in Legion that if you farmed them enough would drop BoE Epics.

How do you know that the mob can't drop BoE epics? The list on WoWhead only shows the loot that people with the wowhead addon has looted.
World epics can usually drop from pretty much any mob so why would this one be an exception?

True enough.

With the amount of people that use the add-on though, I'm fairly confident that if it had notable loot of some kind- We'd be able to see it on that table.

Combine with shoulder enchants? Seems like it would be easy to bot too.
