Permanent instant healing touch (ALL SPECS)

One requirement:

• Have Primal Vitality (Honor talent lvl 40) as feral

How to:

1. Enter a battleground
2. Cast stealth
3. Leave the battleground
4. You now have permanent instant healing touch

You can freely change to all specs and still keep the buff, which gives you instant healing touch.
You can even play the battleground as moonkin with permanent instant healing touch. Just specc moonkin before the battleground begins.
