Flying in Broken isles

When using "Netlimiter" and setting you wow download speed to 100 B/s you can fly in the broken isles

Ill explain this
When you have the World Quest Emissary for Kirin tor there will be 2 World quests where you can start flying in a bubble to reach a certain position. But when you are in this bubble and you activate your download limiter on WOW to max at 100 B/s you can go outside this bubble and fly anywhere you like ( or swim in the air if you like )

Got video proof of it but it contains my name etc so won't just share that here..

EDIT you can mount prior to entering these bubbles, get on your flying mount to make it look coowl and to make a video where you show people you can already fly in legion troll troll troll
