    Your best bet is to create a ticket under "can't log in" --> "not listed here" and select live chat. Tell them the issue, they will ask if a final review has been done, you say no. Chat with them a little bit, and ask them to conduct a manual investigation. It has to be done the same day or they can't go home. Hope you didn't say anything, and you might have a chance.

    They will never come out and say why you were banned, they don't have to. They will cop out and say something along the lines of "exploitative activity was seen or documented etc..."
