There are rules about posting exploits, you stated exactly what rule he broke.

He can share it early all he wants, but he is also going to be told that it was stupid to do so from those that realize it was a BAD idea. He proceeded to argue instead of take the criticism, specifically with arguments that had nothing to do with him sharing it early and was called out for it. I'm sorry you do not realize that he is allowed to share it early as much as I am allowed to make fun of him for it.

As of now this is fixed, so all of the people that thanked him, gave him rep, etc gave it to him for no reason, now what use was this thread other than to make sure it got fixed?

The OP did not post any BETA exploits, they posted a theory and it turned out to be true. Was this already posted in the elite section or something? That would explain why everyone is so upset.

There's a big difference between belittling someone and giving them constructive criticism. I also don't see where the OP went off-topic in their responses. They simply gave their opinion and thoughts which you continued to dismiss them.

Are you stupid? I don't even have access to the beta. A beta exploit means that it's an exploit only present in the beta, something than cannot be done at all on live servers...

The same reason people do missives and bonus objectives before launch and eat food or flask in raids.

Every bit counts. There's nothing else important to do prior to release anyway.

I just logged in on the beta, transfered my lvl100 over. And I can't use the items. Says I'm to high level.

There's no reason to be a dick about this. Things get shared and things get fixed. It would have gotten fixed whether he posted this or not. It's been done for almost every new expansion and blizzard has knowns about this for so ****ing long. There's a hundred videos on doing this for expansion releases so stop blaming OP for "breaking the exploit" and that he deserves and infraction. That's up to the mods. He posted a idea about how to increase XP gain at launch and some found it useful even though it's been fixed now. There still might be some other ways of doing this.

I now have an XP bar again. bout 10 minutes now before everything is supposed to start here in the US. I cant use any of the items. They all say target level to high. Oh well. I had these ready on 26 toons. Wasted a bit of time there lol.
