ACC Ban for using Soapbox - Get money back for `pre ordering legion?

Hello Guys,

my Acc got banned for using Soapbox - i was not ingame for about 10 days

I preordered Legion for the lvl 100 boost - now that my acc got banned BEFORE Legion was released... is there a way to get my money back for that preorder via paypal?

do a charge back with whatever payment u made (bank, paypal, credit card, ect.)

Ya, I see this as possible. You pre-ordered something on the account that was banned. You had not even received the product yet and they took your money. If Blizz does not refund money for account bans with preorders (referring only to what you paid for Legion), then they could very well be opening themselves up to a lawsuit. Now, bot in Legion you can be banned, plain and simple, but taking your money and then banning you before ever playing it lol... Ya, that won't go over well in court for Blizz.

ok got a refund for Legion, at least Blizzard knows the rules pro company, no doubt.
