Free Cloak Appearance

It seems that currently, the cloak that is sold for 50 Nethershards can be purchased, equipped (regardless of it saying becoming BoP) and sold back to the vendor. This way you collect it's appearance, without spending any Nethershards.

Is this the only item that works like this? Interesting that something like this still exists after they patched the void storage bug.

As heke01 said, it indeed appears that the item is "unlearned" as appearance when you return it. It is even more likely that you don't learn the appearance at all, as it seem to stay tied t the cloak. I have not tried transmogging it while owning the cloak, but I guess I won't bother. It's not like the cloaks are stunningly beautiful. :P

Buy the cloak, put it in ur void storage, relog, take it out, sell it back, that way u keep ur 50shards and ur cloak mog

The trick explained in the OP is not true. If you resell the appearance is removed. However, if you destroy the item, you permanently learn the appearance and don't have to wait two hours.
