Coin of Many Faces + Fire-Watcher's oath

This is an exceptional thing, since my friend and I absolutely SUCK at pvp. I'm helping him right now since I have a 93 he can kill, but I'm in trouble; I don't have a ranged character that can do this. My main and only good character is a warrior. Am I out of luck, or can I just go prot and spam Heroic Throw and hope my friend doesn't die of old age while I do it?

Just take off the gear from the character you're killing.

The bad part is that, unlike other melee with throwing abilities, a Warrior's Heroic Throw only does like 1k damage at most at ilvl 710+. It's slow as molasses, unfortunately. Still, that definitely shaves time down. Guess I just gotta wing it and hope we don't die of boredom.

Try using ranged spells , it doesn't work with melee attacks.

Well i tryed to get to the bottom of this bug couple of days ago and topic got "dismissed" and moved to general and forgoten, obviously figured it out by now on my own and didnt bother to post it. How i did was multibox program, multiple accounts (4 lvl90 shamans), spirit res macro on "dieing" chars that are naked and multishot macro on my main hunter. Only issue was geting them on same server but... once i got them i got 500 coins in 15min

Doesn't work with the Censer of Eternal Agony, the debuff is applied regardless of how far away you stand.

seems that it has nothing to do with Coin of Many Faces, but just that you need to attack with ranged attacks (and not be in melee range of the player you are killing)

Yup totally true coin of many faces have abso****inglutely no need for this. Pally ranged attacks works and he hasnt gotten a debuff for 80+ kills. Save yourself some gold and dont buy it.

Try Searing Gorge the nearest vendor to Blackrock mountain entrance. (Searing Gorge entrance)

I'm not a big pvp fan but do the bodyguard followers attack players also? If so, you should be ok, use Leorajh as a bodyguard if he can spam-ligtningbolt the fodder.

Just chiming in with some helpful hints for Warriors;

1. Go Protection Spec
2. Spec Ravager as your 100 talent. Don't use Storm Bolt, it's not worth the extra button press.
3. Hotkey "Heroic Throw" (No cooldown in Protection specialization)
4. (Optional) Have the Empty Drinking Horn trinket
5. (Recommended) Have 2-3 friends with level 92-94 alts. Higher levels makes it so slow

Got my 500 coins after adamantly sticking to the warrior and trying everything out. If you are like me and don't have any ranged characters, this should help out.

Thank you for making this public. I hate pvp with a passion since it's all about whoever has the least lag, and I thought this would be near impossible for me. I'm loving my new Ashhide mount.

What I found out is that its not working on DKs, getting coins from kills. But only from DKs that have that ability to prevent killing blow and then they die after some time on their own.
