Free Surging Mist

Hey inside Timewalking dungeons my Surging Mist becomes free to cast [MW]

Not only that, It remains being free even outside the dungeon Anywhere untill i log out and back in again.

Just to update a bit:
Switching stance also breaks the effect. ty iLLsen
It works in battlegrounds, lfr, heroic dungeons, mythic dungeons, normal and heroic raids. Pretty safe to assume it works anywhere.

Can you zone into a raid and still be free to cast?
This could be good.

It breaks when you switch stance confirmed.
It works in raids yes.
